Should have tasered him again, and the wife too. And your (ex)wife while he's at it.

I dunno, I mean the guy was obviously being a prick to the cop, but on the same token the cop is the one who escalated it to the next level in my opinion. He took out his taser, tasered him, THEN ordered him to "get on the ground"... I mean, no ****, you just tasered him. In my opinion the guy wasn't posing an immediate threat to the officer. That being said, the guy was a moron. He kept saying "read me my rights.. I know I have rights", but apparently he didn't know as much as he thought, because the cop doesn't have to mirandize you until you are in custody , AND being questioned; the cop wasn't questioning him. The cop told him to stop moving, turn around, and put his hands behind his back. The guy kept walking toward his car. Pepper spray would not have been effective, because the guy was walking the other direction. Plus, he told the guy to stay in his vehicle, and the guy got out anyway. If he had ran at the guy, pepper sprayed him, and tackled him, it would have still been considered "excessive" by people on here. It's absolutely ricockulous. The cop did what he had to do to get the situation under control. ^^ Wow, that's the funniest word I've ever seen. LMAO. ;D Should have tasered him again, and the wife too. And your (ex)wife while he's at it. What a bitch.

are you people in kidding me? that cop was way out of line and the guy is right. He has rights, the cop was way too excited and I wouldnt doubt it if they took him to court for that. that cop was WRONG. the guy was calm the entire time and even turned around when he asked, so why did he get tasered? he told the guy to turn around and he did..then the cop started yelling uncontrollably..I would have ran from a nutt like him. FIRST THING THE COP DID WAS PULL OUT HIS TASER..that ing ass hole.

What's with all the tasering in the news the past few months? It's so annoying.

FIRST THING THE COP DID WAS PULL OUT HIS TASER..that ing ass hole. OK, would you rather he went straight for his gun? Bottom line, when you get pulled over like that, you are expected to obey any lawful command the officer gives. It doesn't matter how cool and calm you are, if you go against the cop's orders, you're gonna have a bad time.
