Just tell him off. Im sure this is that type of guy that everyone has at school, the ass hole, most of the time they dont want to come to blows anymore than you. He prolly realizes you'll have to be pushed and pushed until you snap, so he thinks he's cool because he messes w/ you. I was having the same prob at school. One day, the guy at my school was being a douche, and i was like "just shut up dude" and he said "man your a little b****" And i snapped and told him to shut the f*** up and told him that he better never F****** talk to me like that ever again and its been about a week and he hasnt said a word  |

you dont have to act tough on the internet POTM. Mate, i would say tell your parents and or teachers. I was picked on a bit in my first years of high school but its all resolved now. this is no act man. In HS i had to fight to get respect. Anyone who goes to a New York Public HS knows that lol fight to get respect. IMO if you have to physically harm someone to get someones respect, then their respect isnt worth a damn Id much more respect someone to walk a way before it gets physical, than someone who "mans up" and comes to blows. |

Rated R Superstar same thing happened this year with me. This kid would sit behind me and either put his feet on the back of my chair and continually kicked it (Too bump me so i couldnt write the notes) or he'd draw on my neck. I tried to move seats aswell but he sat right beside me and did the same thing. So next English Lesson he drew on my neck i turned around grabbed his pen threw it to the other side of the classroom and told him to  off and he stopped picking on me. Violence isnt needed at all to get people to stop picking on you. |

If you really need to fight him that badly, find a way to make him hit you first. You block it and then RKO him. If he doesn't sell it, then you kick his ass.
