Tonight I went to a place called El Mirador and had the BEST damned huevos rancheros I've ever tasted in my life. Perfectly cooked eggs, refried beans, and the best damn green chile's and onions I've ever had in my life.
...and after tonight, I was wondering if anyone else has ever had a meal that was so perfect, that it could possibly be the last thing they'd ever want to eat? I'm talking, "this is so damn good you can kill me now" good, not moderate, okay, or meh - but the meal that once you've had it, you could die happy; and, just what in the hell made it so good?
