Pretty rockin ass x-mas for me, sans Game Stop being idiots. - I had mentioned in a previous thread I was looking to possibly buy a PSP, which my mom told me she'd throw down half for. Pretty bitchin right? Well, I decide on a used one from Game Stop, I figure, "sure it's used, but they have to make sure it's in working condition, right?" I was wrong. My mother surprised me with 2 videos for it, and the AVP:R game, so I was finally going to play it. First off, they never reformatted the system and it had full parental locks one, with a password, I call them, they tell me to call Sony, and I did. They fix it the password and crap, but it still won't work. I'm told if I want it fixed, it'll cost $89... I call Game Stop back, they said they can give me STORE CREDIT, not cash.

Fed up, I went back, with my receipt and their store warranty... after a long talk with the manager he tells me they can send it back to Sony if it is really not working. I ask how long it'd take, he tells me nearly a month. I explain to him that starting a game case isn't fun, and that their product control is a joke. He tells me it isn't policy to make sure every used item they sell works, I demand my money back, 10 minutes later after he sees the lens is broken, I leave with the $201 I was supposed too. Head to Wal-Mart, end up getting the last Star Wars PSP pack left, which ended up being only $6 more, and that's with THEIR'S and SONY'S 3 year warranty. Game Stop.

Anyway, now that I've gotten that out... I got:

And my favorite thing, my awesome friends pitched in, and gave me $162 so I could pre-order this bad boy:



And I went 50/50 again with my mom and got my brother a $200 gift card to JC Penny so he doesn't blow the money on some stupid b.s. he doesn't need. - And I bought a ton of crap for my niece, and I'm still waiting on a lot of stuff I ordered for my mom, I'm pretty disappointed it didn't make it in time.
