So saturday night my band played our biggest show to date. We have a bigger one coming up in Hollywood, but SOMA is pretty much the venue to play in SD. Its actually really hard to get a show there without being hardcore. We impressed the people with our latest recordings and got a show and it was so awesome. LOOK AT MY HHH NOSE!   yee  Rymit on lead guitar! playing a '66 Gibson out of a 63 english made Marshall or something crazy like that!   Jaymit on drumz!  Scottward on vocals and git!  And my fav pic! Me going insane and managing to not look hideous! playing bass of course! ENJOY! and keep listening to our shit! who knows maybe with some more support we can come to your town!  |

That's awesome Andy. Glad things are heading in the right direction for you guys! I wish I could say the same. We haven't played in quite a while. So I think it's kind of time for me to start up something new and let my previous project go. lol

I was getting worried for a while that didnt care about music anymore, but this past show totally changed that!
I hope you find some good people to start a new project with.

Thanks Sucka. I was getting worried for a while that didnt care about music anymore, but this past show totally changed that! I hope you find some good people to start a new project with. How about some new WF Real Men of Genius??? I need to. Perhaps once I think up some more stuff I'll give it a go. lol. I stopped doing them because for the most part, just about every type of character we had here had been covered. But since those days various new breeds have shown their face on WF. 1.) Mr How can I convince my parents to let me _______ 2.) Mr should I tell on my friend 3.) Mr I like my friends girlfriend etc. Anyway, I hope I do find some people. I have one dude in particular who has been sending me some guitar stuff to see if I can write anything to go along with them. Some of it's hard to work with though since it's all rough cuts. But I may give it a go and see where it goes anyway. It's so damn hard to keep a band together. It's seriously like dating/marrying 4 or 5 people. 4 or 5 different people with different ideas/attitudes. It gets frustrating. I always love the begining of a band. But when it starts feeling more like a job than fun, that's when I would start to become disenchanted with the entire idea. I applaud you guys for keeping it together. Good luck bro. |

yeah this line up has been set for over two years now, and ive been in the band for going on 4 years.
its tough sometimes, but weve become like a family now, so the arguements happen, but we just let democracy and the fans rule

You could up wanting to go back, knowing that from the past you screwed up and such, oh well hope it was fun for you man. |

Looks like you had fun, hope you rocked the hell out of the place. I would be a bit worried to play on a stage, where my favorite bands have been, due to the thought that if you where to up. You could up wanting to go back, knowing that from the past you screwed up and such, oh well hope it was fun for you man. You can never go on stage worrying about ing up. You just have to get up there and do it. And if you up...pretend like you meant to. You have to show confidence with it. Most of the time if you screw up, the crowd won't even notice. Especially if you are doing original material. |
