no pop. i begin my real diet monday. i had a broken collar bone and just got cleared today so i can actually run and lift now. by next march, my winter lbs. will be gone.
but water, rice, chicken, wheat bread, etc. the boring stuff that's still good for you.

I used to eat junk food, but im starting to eat healthy foods. Im starting a healthy diet this year. Im starting to excercise, i really want to lose some weight.

I basically eat as much as I can, whenever I can. I'm taking in well over 2500 calories right now, and I'm working out about 3-4 times a week. I usually eat about 3 servings of chicken a day, plus I take something called "Mass XXX", which is an extra 970 calories when mixed with 16oz of milk. I take that twice a day, 2 times a week, so on those days I'd say I take in about 4000 calories. I'm trying to bulk up right now, then when I get my weight up I will begin cutting.

I've been trying to cut out pop and focus mainly on water, and I try to keep dietary halakha/kosher as well.

Well i weightlift, so of course i'm going to need a high protein diet. I usually eat alot of chicken, rice, egg, fruit and meat. I usually drink water, orange juice or milk.

I pretty much eat whatever I want, and work out every day. I don't eat a lot of junk though.

I wake up and have a beer for breakfast, then around brunch ill have another. Hour or so later for lunch ill have a beer....and pizza, then for dinner ill make some foreign food and drink more beer. Then im done eating for the night and just relax on the couch with a few beers to relax me

I'll eat whatever, but I don't eat much Take-Out stuff probably once and a while, Usually get at least an Hour of Exercise a day.

I'm a vegetarian, have been now for 10 years. I mainly eat meat substitutes that are high in protein and vitamins. When I do eat fast food, it's typically Taco Bell, where they'll take the meat out of any item and replace it with beans or rice.

I'm on a very strict diet so I eat about 500 calories per day consisting of just fruit and the occasional piece of dry toast with a pinch of fiber grains (just to make sure I have a clean bowel movement for the next week) on the weekends. I workout straight for 4 hours a day just pure endurance and weight training, I drink 8 gallons of water every hour just to keep my body hydrated. I've never skipped a workout in my life, and I've been doing this since I was 3.

Pretty much whatever I want, but small portions. If I want something like Wendy's...only one hamburger and a small fry. I eat a lot of fruit, sushi, salads, and cheese mainly...then I usually pick a crap day each week where I just pig out.
