I drink water all the time though, definately the only drink that really replenishes and quenches your thirst. As for food, i eat my fair share of fruit and nice meals. Pasta has a special place in my diet.

I'm on a very strict diet so I eat about 500 calories per day consisting of just fruit and the occasional piece of dry toast with a pinch of fiber grains (just to make sure I have a clean bowel movement for the next week) on the weekends. I workout straight for 4 hours a day just pure endurance and weight training, I drink 8 gallons of water every hour just to keep my body hydrated. I've never skipped a workout in my life, and I've been doing this since I was 3. lmao, no-one is that consistent and 8 gallons an hour is impossible.

I don't have a diet, I eat when I'm hungry, sometimes I eat more than I should, sometimes I probably eat less than I should. What you gonna do?

No real "diet" persay.. I was on one when I was losing weight (lost ~45-50 pounds altogether), but now I just make sure to exercise 3-4 days a week and I can eat whatever I want basically (within reason). I still stay away from sodas though, I drink water instead.

I just eat breakfast, lunch, dinner. Then usually a few snacks but nothing with to much sugar or that. Plus I use to eat late at night, which I have cut back on. And along with that I cut back on soda. Haven't drank any for around 3 months.

I eat a vegetarian diet, so no meat from the getgo, but I also try to avoid dairy as much as possible. I haven't had pizza since August and if I do have it, it's never more than a serving in a day. I try to start off with a bowl of cereal and a glass of OJ, either snack on peanuts or Sun Chips throughout the day or have a lunch - usually a sandwich, and have a good dinner with starch - pasta, whatever. I still have eggs pretty often though. Been trying to drink more water. The only fast food I've had in months has either been burrito places or Subway. The worst part is that I have a sweet tooth but I try to keep that under control.

I drink 90% Vitamin Water now and the occasional soda at work, I cut out breakfast whenever I work unless it is some fruit and try to hit on some salad for lunch or a sandwich.
I am in between gyms, so I am 100% away from fast food from now on, but skipping the eggs and pancakes of a hotel breakfast I think will help me.

I eat alot of crap, but my job is very active, I'm usually always on the go. Didn't really get time for a break today, but yesterday, I ate the following -
Breakfast - Yoghurt Break - Chocolate Flapjack and Coffee Lunch - Turkey and Stuffing Baguette, Coca Cola, Yoghurt and a Chocolate Bar Break #1 - Yoghurt Flapjack and more Coffee Dinner - Went out for a Curry
Not exactly healthy, not really healthy at all, but hey, you only live once.
