I believe prostitution is illegal in Las Vegas, BUT it is legal in the state of Nevada. Or something like that. To give my friends a good laugh, I got one of those card guys to teach me how to flip cards like they do. The guy was trying to get me to work with him.
I'm not sure how old you are, so I guess it depends on that. I was there when I was 18 & 21. I'd recommend the Copperfield show. I saw him a few years back & it was great. I know of 2 sports stores, both being Field of Dreams. One is right on the strip by a Walgreens & a popular Burger place (in & out? Cant remember). The other one is in Cesars Palace. Check out to see if there will be a UFC show. I agree that the buffets at the Wynn & Rio were amazing & I would totally recommend them. If you are looking for a huge adventure, I'd also recommend sky diving. I tried to do it for my 21st & shopped around & found good deals, but the weather permitted me from doing so.

It's all over the place, though. Since when is it illegal? If it is they need better enforcers because I heard there is so many there that you would have a batter chance of finding a hooker then finding a nickle on the ground they are practically a dime a dozen. Anyway I am pretty sure it is legal in other countries. I believe it is illegal in Clark County, which Las Vegas is in, but legal in other parts of the state. That certainly doesn't preclude it from happening though. I was there 5 nights last month, and on 3 I was propositioned. First was at the Mandalay Bay, a girl asked if I was looking for some company. It might have been a cop, since it was the best looking hooker I have ever seen in my life. Second was at the Stratosphere at about 4:30 in the morning while I was playing blackjack... a pretty attractive Asian lady. Third time was at Seamless, by one of the girls offering to go home with me. If you need it, you can find it... since I wasn't even looking for it, and it found me thrice.

I was in Vegas over the Summer, it was a great place to visit, but you don't want to spend more then 3-4 days there tops, there really isn't THAT much to do there unless you have a ton of money to spend.

All I really did there was walk around the strip and ride many of the roller coasters the casinos and hotels offer.

How is everyone talking so much about Vegas? I thought what happens there stays there. I think you're all breaching confidentiality agreements. I'm telling.

I was there for parts of 4 days recently and I highly recommend the Star Trek attraction at the Hilton. It's right off the monorail station and I went there every single day I was there and one day spent about half a day seeing the two shows/rides they have there and the museum. Awesome doesn't even start to describe it. M&M world is pretty cool and it's free. I had no idea so much went into making M&M's. Everything there seemed so expensive to me. I'm a tightwad by nature so I didn't go to any of the shows. I heard good things about Penn&Teller, the Phantom of the Opera and O. My uncle claimed O was worth the $100-150 tickets, but I couldn't bring myself to pay that much. I really wanted to see Penn & Teller, but couldn't even part with the $60 for cheap seats.

I had fun when I went, just checking out the sites, and riding rollercoasters and such, but didn't see any shows, or eat at an really nice restaurants, besides the one in my hotel. Next time I go, I want to do more, and now that I'm 21 I'll definitely gamble, but do not want to become addicted like my mom is.
