Wisdom tooth may be completed impacted (i.e. when the erupting wisdom teeth are hidden below the gums) or partially impacted (i.e. when part of the teeth appears above the gum) to create the condition called Impacted wisdom tooth. This is not all, once impacted the teeth grows in any angle causing problem.
And all the possible problems can be underway with no or few symptoms. Such asymptomatic impaction is more dreaded as the ensuing problem catches the patient off guard. Therefore one should initiate the extraction of impacted wisdom as it poses even more problem as one age.
The reason is because, as wisdom teeth develop their roots grow longer and jawbones grow denser. So if you spot an impacted wisdom tooth get it settled now or never; because aging causes the above problem to aggravate thereby making the extraction process more complicated.
Apart from erupting at wrong no-place spaces in the rear side of the mouth, they also grow in awkward angles causing extraction even more difficult. The various types of impacted wisdom tooth are the following
Mesioangular impaction U&L impaction Lower impaction Distoangular impaction Hor and ver impaction
On prognostic grounds, dentist and oral surgeon’s alike suggest removal of impacted wisdom tooth even if they don’t face any problem. To the contrary there are a couple of dental experts and studies contradicting that all impacted cases results in future dental disorder.
The one and only solution supporting both these prognostic views is a keen diagnosis and approximate extrapolation of the impacted tooth.

I have a few questions:
1. Are you high? 2. Why do we need this? 3. WTF? 4. Is this supposed to be a reply to another post about wisdom teeth?
