I also find it is too.
I mean, were half way through january and christmas just flew by.
It seems that it has been flying by since October. It also feels like Halloween was just yesterday.

Time, in the arbitrary manner in which we measure it, is static, it is movie neither faster nor slower now then it ever has at any point since it started being measured. It moves in a linear fashion and will continue to do so as long as Earth continues it's orbit around the sun. If for whatever reason you do feel that time is moving "too fast" feel free to move to a different planet where it moves at a slower rate. I hear Neptune is nice.
