Is spam even based out of South Carolina? If not (or even if so, most likely), then he obviously would have no idea that the cops were arriving "between 5:30 and 6:00".. Also, he made it seem like a criminal case, in which case he would have NO IDEA that you would be charged for $500. If it was a civil case, he could potentially sue you for that much (although he would get laughed out of the court room)... but the cops wouldn't give two ****s, and the 911 operator would probably say "screw you" to the guy for wasting their time. So basically, don't believe the guy, if anything I would call him out on it. You are right This guy is full of ass. He is not going to be able to do anything. It isn't illegal to say screw you. lol. If you said "Im going to kill you" then there would be a problem. |

Dude.... The guys who run that store are in their 20s, I believe, so they're probably just  ing with you. If the police were going to wait til 5:30 or 6 to show up at your door, then they wouldn't even bother coming at all. They're just trying to scare you. Or you could play it safe and tell your parents. But make sure to have a video camera on hand because I'd like to see them yell at you for being an bunghole over the phone and then take all your figures away with you screaming, "No, Mommy, Nooooo!!!!" |
