Wow.....Some of you don't have a ing clue as to what you're talking about. Anyway, Walking and running are a GREAT way to lose the weight. You're going to also need to change what you eat. It's gonna suck....but if you cut out all the crap (That we ALL love to eat), you'll be good to go.

That really helps him, asswhipe.Here's what I would do, if I weren't so lazy. - Run on a treadmill for 30 mins or run around neighborhood/park
- Sit-Ups. 100 or so a night!
- Don't eat " ****". eat organic (ew i know) fruits and veggies.
