You want to eat more times a day. Not huge meals, just little meals. Like maybe a plain chicken breast for one meal, an egg or two for another. As long as you are moving around. Don't just sit at a desk eating otherwise you will get fat and tired real fast.

Don't just sit at a desk eating otherwise you will get fat and tired real fast. This was the best advice yet. If you stop eating, and then eat a large quantity, it's going to slow down your metabolism. You want to keep the meals coming, but in small doses. It's how I keep my "I've smoked two packs a day all my life and haven't eaten in a week" physique.
