Me as a personal level no I would never get a micro chip implanted in me.This takes away from your freedom way more then people think.Also many "Christians" believe it might be the mark of the beast.I don't believe it will be but maybe a preview of the one to come before it.

Not like they can't track you anyway. Between RFIDs in passports, and probably driver's licenses soon enough, not to mention cell phones.

I don't even like RFID chips being in passports. I'm completely opposed to them. Sure it's easier to just "read" my information as I walk by but the security risks are astronomical and completely not worth it to me personally. I'd rather wait in line at an airport and talk to a person than rely on a machine to just pick up my data. "Convenience" is Big Brother's mask

I could care the less. You want to know my every movement? Go ahead, I'm all over the grid anyways. Between a consistent IP address, a cell phone, a telephone, mail delivery, my job and my bank transactions, it's not exactly impossible to figure out what I'm doing or where I'll be going next. It's not like I'm some sort of weapons baron or pedophile. And if I get murdered and all they find is my headless torso rotting in a field in Kentucky, I'd sort of like my family to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it's me. You can fool yourself all you want, but no matter where you go, freedom is just a catch phrase for the ability to work, live, and believe in whatever you want. Having the government know that you were at your girlfriends house last night isn't infringing on those freedoms. |
