You talked to them fallenhero? Here I started this post just as a question but I should have just PM'ed you to get the answer. Boy what a fool I am. Shut the h*ll up fallenhero, you have no idea. Uh...if they didn't have the ability to, why didn't they by now? It's a matter of them WANTING to. And from the looks of it, they don't want to that badly, or else they would have done it a long time ago. The most we'll get from THQ/Yuke's is Legends in SVR. You want a Legends game? Make one yourself or wait for the throwback game.

Man I hated that game. It showed me how much a wrestling game from acclaim could suck other than the games for the ps1 like war sone and attitude

no I don't think there should be more legends. I play the Smackdown games to play as the current roster not as the older guys... If there was more legends then that would mean less room for the people I actually want to play as...

Come on though, look at the caliber of "Legends," no Hogan? If you're going to have wrestling Legends and not include Hulk Hogan or Andre the Giant, etc. How can this game even call it a "Legends" section. It should be called "Older guys that used to wrestle but now don't" section.

No, it should be called "guys who are taking up spots that could've been filled with guys that I would've actually used like the Hooliganz, Balls Mahoney, Kevin Thorn, etc. & Sabu and Terry Funk."

I didn't say they ALL weren't legends. Jakks puts in a couple good legends every now and then. Hogan and Andre were in the Legends section before too. I'm just saying that they can't call it a "Legends" section with the guys that keep showing up in there. I would even classify Rick Rude as a Legend. But come on, Stone Cold Steve Ausin and The Rock every year, you can't call them Legends until they are out of the game for a bit?

Austin and Rock are arguably the two biggest stars ever in wrestling. They ushered in a new era of wrestling, just like Hogan did. And Austin and Rock drew a lot more than Hogan, too. I'd say that makes them legends. Austin hasn't wrestled full time in five years. The Rock? About the same. They've 'been out of the game' for a while. They are legends.

I'm talking about in the game too. I haven't had a Smackdown vs Raw game or pretty much any THQ game without Austin or The Rock. I'll admit, they are a big draw. However, Hogan has and still does have more worldwide draw than any other superstar. See what happens when Austin goes to Japan...::crickets::
But to my point, I would rather have guys that we haven't seen yet. I liked when they pulled in Mr. Perfect, Jim Neidhardt, etc. Maybe I just want some new wrestlers from the 80s-90s. Either way, I'm disappointed with this years roster. Especially because the game looks great!

He' still a Legend in Japan. That's the whole point of this topic, LEGENDS. It doesn't matter, you're acting like Hogan is still a top draw. That match with Chono was FOUR YEARS AGO. Hogan has drawn crap in his previous returns except for SummerSlam 05, and that was just because everyone was hoping Shawn would ing kill him. As for legends, I've stated it before. Rock and Austin are legends. They drew more, and pushes more merch than Hogan ever did.

I'd love to see your facts on that one dumba**. You're seriously telling me that Austin has pushed more merchandise than Hogan!?!!!!! The Rock has pushed more merchandise than HOGAN?!!!!!!
HAHAHAHA, OMG that has to get it's own topic. It's impossible to say that. Do you realize that for 90% of wrestling fans, HOGAN is wrestling. If there was no Hulk Hogan, there would be no WWF, there would be no Austin, there would be no Rock. Hogan got lucky but go back and look at all of the 80s AND 90's merchandise that beared Hogan's name or likeness and then shut your fking mouth because as far as I am concerned, you lost ALL credibility. Austin pushed merchandise for a few years, Rock pushed merchandise for a few years. Hogan has pushed merchandise for DECADES, you really are a true fking moron in every sense of the word.
Why do you think the match with Hogan was called LEGEND vs. Icon.

THQ should just have a separate disc that comes with SVR thats just a legend's game. I, honestly could careless about the legends in the SVR games. I'll use them once and thats it.
