If anyone wants to know, during the credits at the end of the game Jeff Jarrett says "I better kick ass in this game". So no wonder why he is so hard to beat in story. Midway really took his advice. lol

I had my first try at it at work last night, and Im not really that impressed with it to be honest, first off the gameplay is pretty damn slow, feels like playing WWF Attitude or WCW Mayhem, the Button layout is stupid ( I mean I should be Grapple and Attack buttons on the main 4, then Action buttons and other on the Shoulder buttons ), I had trouble switching opponents to focus on and trying to get on the X-Division rig is a pain in the ass.
Weren't AJ and Joe big fans of the 64 wrestling games? I was really hoping the game would have similar gameplay, but it really feels like they tried to built it from scratch and didn't really take the 64 Gameplay into account, it really feels like a Bastard Child version of it.

I need help with the tag team match with Team 3D. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to beat them. I think one of my buttons is broken on my controller, so that may be the problem, but is they any tips for a tag team match? Thanks.

I think the actual game play is top notch, definitely my favorite since No Mercy. Overall, I see this game being one I'd just pick up and play exhibition on over any of the SVR series..

it didnt turn out as good as i thought iot would there isnt any weapons except chairs and theyre entrances arent full and there is only like 6 matches

Almost everybody was tough in Story mode nearer the end of it, the heavyweight ranks. Christian Cage pissed me off most, as did Sting. Jeff Jarrett seemed fairly easy...but then again all I really did was hit dropkicks and clotheslines on him with the running technique. Then bam, two finishers put him away.

If it's an Xbox 360, then a finisher is hold LB and press B, and a pin is B when they're on the ground. Anyways, I beat Team 3D and the many jobbers, but now I'm stuck on AJ Styles and Tomko. I'm having troubles with Eric Young, he wont help me with breaking pins, therefore, after every finisher, the match is finished. Help? |

I can't believe how easy Story was, out of them all, I was only beaten twice, once by Angle and once by Booker, Jarrett was easy, tip, use the chokeslam, and powerkick,a dn toprope stuff, it hurts him easy
However, I do hate Reverals, I can't reverse moves, I can reverse kicks when I'm grounded, but other than that, I suck, I tap R1, I mash R1, I double-tap R1 ffs!!
