I hope they do more sessions like that. Maybe even a tournament type thing where the winner gets a TNA Prize Pack (Shirts, DVDs, POsters, etc).

Just finished Story Mode on PS2 so I thought I would give my review.
Its a very good game and is great when you have friends round. The gameplay is awsome and the way the wrestlers fly around if you break up a move is great. Suprisingly the graphics are very good for PS2. Storymode is awsome but limited. The X attires for AJ and Sabin are a nice suprise but would have been cool for more.
Now the bad pointsl. Firstly there isn't enough moves, on the PS2 vesion your stuck with Suicide with the same moves over and over again which gets pretty lame. Highflyers are great how they have their own skill but what do brawlers have now I usually play as the X Divsion. And as your stuck with Suicide as a brawler you can't hit the rope moves or backward dives. After completing story mode on PS2 there is nothing to do, the points you rack up are for nothing! And I know some people found Storymode hard but I found it easy only did I have to retry James Storm, Team 3D and Tomko/AJ (twice) Storymode could have been longer or have different storylines. I beat Jarrett easily, he only got a few moves in and finished him with the DOA.
Its a very good game and I enjoyed it but once you complete storymode (PS2) your stuck with nothing. I would say just to rent it if you want the PS2 version.
Top Wants (I know theres allready a thread) More variety of moves Fighting styles, with specific abilities Different paths for Story mode
Any questions or any help needed on the PS2 I'll answer

You'd be pretty stupid to get this over SVR. With the bad quality of Smack Down vs. Raw these days, it isn't stupid. The SVR is so freaking easy, a cave man can do it. But TNA is actually a challenge, especially on Jarrett. Continue on with beating everyone on first try on SVR, while we take on the challenges, buddy.

Not because SVR is so much better than impact, but more or less because this game has no replay value after story mode. It's fun to play with friends, but so is every other wrestling game. SVR this year seems like it has a lot more potential (which is probably going to end up being craplike previous ones.) But overall, impact's got nothing worth playing for after beating story mode.
Who REALLY wants to waste time to play as Afro Thunder? What's the point of that?

Blackjack, I believe it does, because on XBOX 360, there is achievments for XBOX Live.
Anyways, I just beat Jarrett, on my third try too. When he got his finisher, I would just run around outside the ring until the meter ran out, then go back in and try to get my finisher. I hit three Border Tosses, which I felt helped me win. I played a few matches using Suicide after the match and his finisher is insane.

You can do normal exhibitions....I mean I kept doing a 1-on-1 match against the computer at my friend's house yesterday when he was on the phone and I had fun. I lost most of the time but it was still a lot of fun. I don't need like HIAC and falling off because of a suplex to keep me busy. Sure more matches would be better though. On a side note, my palm is red from playing yesterday. I kept using it to move the joysticks right and left to break out of pins. Is there an easier method to breaking out of pins?

I don't know, I was just really really awful at kicking out of pins

You only need to move the right joy stick. But I use my palm, and the first few days I got the game, it hurt, but now I'm used to it. Anyways, just got done with a good 20:00 minute match using Suicide against AJ Styles in a Ultimate X match. I got a ton of points, and I unlocked a few moves and even Benny, lol. I'm going to play a few matches soon, and maybe even start story mode again.

Lol.. some little kid just told me to Shut up on XBL - and I'm not even talking. Then he paused the game and won't fricken unpause it and the other thing I can do is hit Quit. What a brat - if anyone wants to play a GOOD match online (no quitting and without the use of all the chairs) add me TNAFan124.

Got the game yesterday, completed story mode after eight hours. Surprised myself to be honest. Didn't think I could sit infront of a TV screen for that long. The only people in the story mode I had any real trouble with was Shelley/Sabin in Japan. Eric does f**k all to help you out. got 200k Style Points at the moment, unlocked Senshi. How many points do I need to unlock who ever is next?
