It's a turnbuckle grapple. Just go into a High Flyer's moveset.

Doing the 350 GM achievement atm, but I can't be bothered doing training everyday, so I done Raw, then fan favourite then fan heat. Will it still work?

It might be the weight class. I don't know, even with some Superstars you can only have certain combinations.

Yeah I just got the game last week
also when your oppenent is on the mat how do you drag him around for PS2/3? I hate all these new controls. Also is there no more diving through the ropes? Like run towards the ropes and dive. All I can do is go near the ropes and hit square to do a cross body.

Only High Flyers and Technical wrestlers can dive through the ropes, or do a running flying attack. To drag your opponent--if it's anything like the 360--then you'd click in the right thumbstick and move it around to move them.
