I'm not really sure where to put this, so I am going to put it all the SD vs RAW treads:
Gamespot.com has put up their reviews for the PS3 and 360 versions of SmackDown! vs Raw 2008. Both versions received a 6.5 / 10 (Fair). They noted that the game play has hardly been improved over last year's and that several key elements of the game have taken a major step backwards.
I'm glad that I read this. I almost wasted another $60 on a disappointing at best wrestling game.

can somebody tell me if i can do GM mode, while im in season mode? cuz i wanna get Vince but i dont wanna end my season to do GM mode for like 2 mins so's i can do that trick. I tried that and you can only do one thing. which is abit anoying  plus how many hof challanges are there?. i cant tell you exact because im about to be in a match, but its like 10. also does anyone know how i can change my primary fighting ability in season mode? |

I HAVE SVR2008! I got it on Tuesday from Blockbuster (not rented but bought!). Just a note: the Kelly Kelly alt. attire code works on ps2. I've seen on places that the Kelly Kelly code only works on 360/ps3 but I proved it wrong! Sorry if this has been posted.

Honestly this is the biggest imrovement that the franchise has made as far as gameplay and graphics. Its most def not a waste of money if u did get it. Depends on what you like and were hoping for though. But if you bought this game with low expectations, i belive you'd be quite pleased tbh. Just my opinion on the matter. |

Thanks Graze. Man It sucks that the intro to 'Enter Sandman' is so long. Hopefully I can find a cut version to use for Sandman's entrance.... Google search for a program called Audacity to download, you can edit MP3s anyway you like, including cutting out the intro to start it at the part of the song you want. I did this with Kane's original theme to cut out the intro since I don't think there's a way in the game to delay the flames and his appearance to come after that portion of the song. |

i tried to use Select button and put the targeting ON,but this didnt work either,IF ANYONE KNOW,that has ps3,any button for changing focus in the ring?This bugs the hell out of me!

Interesting...before I stopped playing to grab dinner I was Edge on Smackdown...and now the magazine article reads.. Edge taking on Raws biggest star.. Edge... so its me vs myself next week. What a glitch aye? lol
And 2 weeks ago(gamewise) It took me to the SD card like usual...but I didnt have a match. So I simulated and it said via messages that I lost to Chavo.
Was kinda weird.
