Smackdown vs Raw 2009

One thing that bugs me that I would like to see is more fluency.

Fluency in the form of & other improvements:
-entrances have cuts to wrestlers in the ring staring
-wrestler remaining in the ring if the entrance doesnt use the entire ring (exception is DX entrances and similar ones)
-more TV like camera angles
-camera men
-announcer at ringside
-both announcer tables with people there
-different movements by the referee


Just some minor things i thought id throw into the mix.

All of those are good ideas. But unfortunately, Jakks is still in charge so we wil be getting Domino beating everyone but Cena week after week.

I just want it to feel more real, with a large selection of camera shots/angles and stuff.

You actually bring up something that I've been wanting them to do for a while--new/better camera angles. I think they need to get closer--like have actual camera angles that they do during shows--not just ones that'll show off the game as best as they can.

They should do this:

1)They should have the whole roster in the game.

2)They could put some Hall of Famers as legends

3)Better storylines.Storylines based on real storylines. Like they did in SD! HTCP.

4)A never-ending season with all the storylines random.

5)The legends titles should be the ECW TV Titles,ECW Tag Team Titles, and the European Title,along with the Hardcore and Million Dollar Title.

6)Bring back the legendary arenas like in SD! vs. RAW 2006. I would love to see all the Wrestlemania Arenas. Like when you choose to fight in the Wrestlemania arena, you could select any of the Wrestlemania Arenas from WM I-WM 24. Or the ECW Arena.

9)Create our own music,like in TNA Impact game.

10)Realistic elimination for Battle Royal and Royal Rumble Matches.

11)Realistic matches,like the Elimination Chamber Match and the Royal Rumble entries being every 90 seconds instead of every 15 seconds unless there's 6 people in the ring.

12)8-10 wrestlers in the ring at the same time.That we can get 8 Man and 10 Man Tag Team Matches.

13)More matches,like a Barbed Wire Match,Inferno Match,Casket and Buried Alive Matches seperate,a selection of normal or Extreme Elimination Chamber Match,bring back the Bra & Panties Match.

14)Being able to play as women in Season Mode and challenging for different titles instead of only the World or WWE title.

14)Bring back the unlockable attires.I don't know what happen that I can't get the alt. attires that they said some wrestlers have.

15)More backstage arenas.

16)Better weight class. Like The Great Khali being Ultra Heavyweight and Rick Rude,Ric Flair,Edge,Bret Hart,Finlay not being able to go for the Cruiserweight title. Make the weight class more realistic.

17)In GM Mode,the promos could be seen and like a 3 minute clip of the hero or villian movie the wrestler is doing. The press conference be seen,a 2 minute clip of a charity event or date.

18)Announcers not saying the same things they have been saying for 3-4 years. Or announcers talking while the wrestler is doing their entrances,like in season mode.

Those are my choses for a perfect Smackdown game. This can take up too much memory,but it'll be worth it. Maybe I can post the weight class the wrestlers should have.

They have that already.

I see what you mean.
But if you see someone get supersplexed, you see them and the wrestler who did it down aswell.

I think it should take you out depending on your health.
It will add realism imo.

1) Everyone knows I am the fussiest person when it comes to attires so please have alternates

2) Bigger & better roster

3) More ECW Wrestlers

4) Have a total new bar:

Top Bar is momentum, doing taunts and moves build it up.

The SP, F1 and F2 is a new system. When you gain full momentum you can either store a finisher(SP) by pressing LB & RB at same time and that will light up so you know you have stored a special. F1 is fighting one, LB & LT at same time and to activate that style you hold LB and press Y. F2 is fightin two, RB & RT at same time and to activate that style you hold RB and press Y.

5) The less stamina you have, you might start botching moves, go slower, fall off the turnbuckle/apron

6) Never ending story mode

7) Remove voice-overs so everyone can be used in season

8) View your promos in GM Mode

9) Make GM Interesting like Make your own storyline

10) Take out legends to make room for more wrestlers, save them for Legends of Wrestling

11) New matches: Punjabi Prison, Texas Bullrope, Falls Count Anywhere, I Quit, Gulf of Mexico(UCM's will win it or you can use finishers), Last Ride, Inferno Match

12) Total new weight system

13) Vs Locals in season mode, give them random names on the spot

14) New weapons: Kitchen Sink, Golf Club, beer Bottle, Thumbtacks

15) NEW COMMENTARY LINES! NO MORE COMMENTATING GLITCHES!

1. I prefer pre-match wrestler animations, as opposed to photoshopped images for in-game wrestlers and silhouettes for CAWs.

2. Put referees in the Elimination Chamber and have wrestlers actually leave the Chamber, instead of disappearing after being eliminated.

3. Legends from previous games (Ted DiBiase, Road Warriors, British Bulldog, etc.) should be downloadable content for the next-gen versions.

4. Upgrade the Royal Rumble match "elimination engine" from button mashing. More camera angles should be added to re-create that television look. Instead of wrestlers running down the ramp, create a split screen entrances.

5. Create an animation where Superstars throw away weapons after they've been over-used. Ex: Cena dents a steel chair over Umaga's head and throws it aside.

6. Remove the circular running, it was an annoying control change in SvR '08. It could be me, but I found it difficult to running strikes and grapples off the ropes.

7. Ultimate Control Moves shouldn't take over the regular grapples in the game. The response time for environmental grapples that lagged should be improved as well.

8. 24/7 Mode should be removed to make GM and Season Modes separate again.

9. What I did like in SvR '08 was that the locker was removed. There was a whole lot less to unlock.

10. Instead of primary and secondary fighting style abilities, attributes should reflect each Superstar's individual strengths and create reversal animations that demonstrate their fighting styles.

11. More alternate attires. Different wrestler alter egos (Faces of Foley, Hollywood/Hulk Hogan) should be alternate attires, not seperate wrestlers.

12. Add more classic belts, and allow the player to choose how the which belt should be the default. Ex: win the WWE Championship, and have the choice between the Winged Eagle, Attitude Era, Undisputed or Spinner belts.
