King Of Colosseum 2 probably, although I find it gets boring quickly.

On the topic of KOC2, I looked at some matches from the game on youtube. Does it really play as sluggishly slow as it looks?

See, what KOC 2 goes is actually emulate how a real heavyweight puro match would go. It's not the fast paced, American style of Fire Pro. KOC 2 requires timing, strategy, and the ability to put on a good match. It's the best wrestling game ever, even over Fire Pro R.

Yeah, I'd put KOC2 over Fire Pro for sure. Fire Pro is way too fast and turns into a finisher trading-fest, which is a tad unrealistic.

Well then I take it you watch matches. In that case it's fine. But I just don't like the choice of always being able to use your finisher. Every now and then the computer will go rogue and you over, like once literally 18 seconds into a battle royal I got a Western Lariat which Critical'd me, and I had to watch the remaining 10 minutes. Eh, it's just a minor complaint on my part though.
