Why do I still not have this game!? Hopefully I'll get it for Christmas or something if my parents can find it anywhere, because I've had no luck so far.

I have been having barbed wire death matches, and my first champion has defended his belt some, I have it called the barbed wire belt, and Abby danger has it. AKA Abby the butcher, do any of you guys know a good place to get caws for the game????I will give karma to first person who helps me.

Also guys how do I unlock new match types? I saw that there where barbed wire boards, and light tube matches but all I have is a land mine match, and a barbed wire ropes, and a cage match.

There is nothing to unlock, you can change the settings in Barbed wire deathmatch to either barbed wire or light bulbs. There are a lot of caw edit packs on fireproclub.com

There are a lot of caw edit packs on fireproclub.com That's right, when you're choosing the options before a match, look closely, you can choose the number of weapons in the ring to use and change the corners from fluorescent lightbulbs to barbed wire. You can check CAWs.ws for edit formulas, though their variety is quite sparse. The best way to get these edits is as Rusted Hitman said, download the edit packs. Lastly, if there's anyone skeptical about getting this game, I put up a channel on YouTube with simmed matches featuring edits from Fire Pro Club. Here's the link: www.youtube.com/mojo514

I just got this game today, and of course I'm in love with it. I had to get used to several new things, though. Although it's downplayed, there's some significant differences between the GBA games and FPR, IMO. That's not a bad thing, but I was pretty dang good at FPW 1 & 2 on the GBA and I basically had to get all the mechanics down again, as if it was for the first time. Certainly a shot to the good 'ol ego, lol.
But, oh well. The editor mode is slick, that thing is so f'ing enormous I almost got a headache trying to configure every last detail. Although it's a ***** getting used to the timing again, I'm getting better and better and will keep practicing in Exhibition matches.
And, although it took me getting the game to believe the hype, I've got to say this: FPR is just as fun to watch as it is to play. Everyone loves to talk about the quality of the simmed matches, and I'll tip my hat to this as well.
Personally, I've simmed some great stuff like a classic Misawa/Kawada match, and I just got done with a riveting match featuring Kenta Kobashi and Keiji Mutoh, with the attires set to when both had just started wrestling, giving me a "Rookie Dream Match" so to say. The AI in this game is almost freakishly accurate- Keiji hit hard and fast, never letting Kobashi get going, but when Kobashi toughed through the first onslaught and began firing back with stiffness, Keiji immediately targeted the legs. Things got pretty dang close then, but ultimately the constant legwork and superior agility of Mutoh led to Kobashi gassing and Mutoh taking the match after three Shining Wizards.
In all honesty, this game is the perfect time killer for me, and the possibilities really are endless. I can't wait to save up the money and get another memory card plus a new CodeBreaker (or AR Max, whichever works) and download some of those sick edit packs.

Yeah. If any one game deserves to be bought instead of downloaded, it's FPR.
Seriously, Spike and Agetec and any and everyone involved with FPR needs to know that the fans will support the product with their money. If FPR does well enough, who knows? Maybe we'll get a US version of KOC. Or maybe, when/if Spike ever makes a new FP, it'll get released here a lot sooner than FPR.
FPR is a fantastic game for a very low price as games go, so show your support and buy it instead of downloading.

There is a chance. A small chance, but a chance.

They'd have to change 100 appearances to avoid legal issues, change a majority of the themes, record new commentary/intros, and then you have to factor in the money and time it'd cost to do that, and pair it with the fact that it wouldn't sell that well because of lack of match types.

I didn't mean to start a debate, I was simply making a point.
My point was that we, as gamers, need to prove, with our money, that Fire Pro is welcomed in the US. If we send this message loud enough, in a perfect world, Spike and Agetec and everyone else involved will continue to give US gamers a quality wrestling product that doesn't involved having to mod your PS2 so that it plays Japanese games.
