I just bought this game on E-Bay. I've always heard good things but then I just forgot all about it. Years later I'm finally going to play it. Hope it's good. man, its awesome! at first you may get a little frustrated with understanding the controls etc. but its soo awesome. there is so much depth, its great to play, and i only have it for gba! Can't wait. Sounds great. Hey I rhymed... Anybody want a peanut?

just had an elimination match of daniels (me) vs aj vs rey vs sabu. awesome. seriously, still can't leave this game alone. won with a top rope spider german suplex then hit the BME. i wish it had a more developed season mode though and a few weapons, still the best wrestling game i've played though. and its on gba lol.

Fire Pro Returns is STRAIGHT UP ADDICTIVE. I have a FPR fed (http://twdwrestling.proboards.com) and I sim all the matches. It really has an element of surprise.
The cool thing is, is that me and a lot of other people who play FPR have never actually played a match. We just sim it haha. Crazy how fun a game can be if you don't even play it.
I simmed Shamrock vs. Jarrett for the TV title for CLASH #1.... EPIC!!! I hope Shamrock can keep the title for awhile.

I wish I had a way to play this on my PC or something. I traded in my PS2 and all my games, including Fire Pro, toward the purchase of my 360. The only game I regret giving up is Fire Pro.
I have come close several times to rebuying a PS2 just to play this game.

The people who have played it will tell you its the best wrestling game ever, but the people who havent cant seem to look past the 2D sprites. What they don't know is that with those sprites, you have over 1000 customization options.

If anyone can help me answer these questions regarding the game saves, I'd really appreciate it.
I understand that you need AR or a Codebreaker to be able to transfer game saves from your computer to your PS2 memory card. However, let's say you have someone who has downloaded game saves on his memory card, would it be possible for me to lend him my memory card, have him transfer his saves from his memory card into mine, and then be able for me to successfully play the game with all of his Edits, Created Arena's etc.? Or would I still need to have Codebreaker/AR regardless if I was the one to download the saves on my own?
I've been really debating getting this game, but I would prefer to be able to just whip up a save with several edits and caws than to make them on my own.

You can use the browser feature of your PS2 to copy his save from his MC to yours, and play just fine. The AR Max comes in handy when you want to download saves from fireproclub, and mix and match to your liking.

Last match i had was the Midnight Rockers vs the Fantastics....The fantaastics won with Rogers hitting the Tomma-kazi on Shawn Michaels...lol it was awesome.

i need to get a new slim ps2 or a ps3 so i can play this game again. my ps2 is shot, it won't even read discs anymore. it sucks because i can't transfer saves from my ar max because it won't read the ing disc. yeah, i still play the hell out of this game though. had a real fun low ki vs. arm drag match the other night.

I love the fact that there could be a 40 minute match on there.

I PLAY Fire Pro also. I do tons of sims, but I still play. Had it since it came out, R that is, in the US. I've always wanted to post some matches with my guys, I feel I have some good AI.

its just a matter of days until FPW arrives at my house ;D awesome, you'll love it. you can make all your roh favourites! this game really is the best portable wrestling game ever made. i think 2 is good but for some reason, not as good as 1. a criminally underated series.

You're from the UK right? where did you get it from?

Found it again for the same price, bought it again just incase I lost it .is yours coming in box? 1 is great and many of the people on fpclub think 1 is better, as do I. I'm sure you can find pages to help make the chikara and roh roster. On my game I have only tna, wwe, wwf and ecw feds, not much indie stuff. If you're a ufc fan you can make them aswell, as there is a mode where you can play in the octagon, can't remember what it's called. I wish this was remade for ds. Wifi would be the most amazing thing ever. It's a shame there will probably be no more of them.
