As far as Xbox goes the LOW series is far better than the WWE games. I loved the idea behind the season mode in LOW2 and the classic match option in Showdown was great.

I love Showdown, except for the fact that I could never beat Kauffman with Lawler in the story mode. Not too keen on the first two, but I love the third.

The only games where Harley Race could do a moonsault off a ladder. Brilliant....

My favorite part of LoW 1 was the small "arenas"...I thought the school gym had the best look to it. Gameplay is ehh...very Acclaim-ish (obviously)...but not incredibly difficult. I've never played LoW 2, but Showdown is a great game. Does it have it's glitches? Sure, but I haven't come across one that was a game killer.
The thing about LoW games is that they have a pace to them. It's not always perfect, but it's a nice change from the Smackdown games.

They all had great rosters but the gameplay sucks compared to the Smackdown games. Now if they combined the legends roster with the smackdown gameplay you would have the best game ever created. WWE "OLD SCHOOL" Imagine that? Like A Classic Superstar version of Smackdown! That would be aweasome!

I own LOW1, and get bored of it extremely quickly.

^All of them do.
I liked the gameplay of LOW2 more than Showdown since it was much faster, the grapple system was better, and the soundtrack rocked. Showdown's worth playing for the improved roster and graphics.
Anybody like the legends interviews on LOW2? I still watch them every once in awhile. Gotta love the funny stories Funk tells about all the ribs he's seen.

Really? I guess I got him confused with RVD. I never bothered to play the first one anyway, lol.

Yeah, probably, because Van Dam was only in the first one.

I loved them. The only thing I hated was the lack of glitch debugging.

I loved them. The only thing I hated was the lack of glitch debugging. The glitches kinda made the 3rd game more fun for me. Nothing like making Dusty Rhodes fight back from 4-on-1 odds and have him on the verge of victory only to get stuck upside down to the turnbuckle.
