The same thing happened to my file on my harddrive (360), and the only thing I could do was start over. Sorry, dude.

That happened with my Smackdown Just Bring It save. Little did I know it was actually because I selected Goldberg and Grandmaster Sexays moves for some CAWs, and because they only have one finisher they glitch up the system. It really pissed me off because I had unlocked everything and then that happened.

That happened to my Simpsons: Hit and Run twice, the first time, I started over, and after 3days of pure hard work, it corrupted again!

Once it's corrupted, there's no recovering the file. Only thing you could do reformat the card, and just start again.
It definitely sucks. Happened to me last year. Lost all my Caws from SVR/SVR06, which took a lot of time.
However, I have an ARMAX so I could download saves from now on.

No luck. It's weird how everybody is saying they lost all their files. When I was changing one of my Created Superstars in WM19, I realized I ahd screwed everything up, and I don't know why but I yanked the memory card out of the slot and lost all my WM 19 save content. I had to re-do revenge twice, etc.
Maybe the PS2's memory card is different, I never got mine corrupted.

It's never happened to me.
Lucky, I guess.

no. It usually gets corrupted because you turn off your system before it is done saving.
