Like how in No Mercy, they actually had storylines that were done in real life like the pink slip on a pole match, wrestling Cactus at the Rumble, Jericho "winning" the belt from HHH, etc. It was fun doing what was done in real life. Personally, I wish they went back to those. Especially considering how bad the storylines were in SVR 07.

You Had Great Storylines like Candice turning you into a chick, making Edge sound like Davari and into the Boogyman, then you defeat Edge and wake up and relize you were in a coma? How can that not be entertaining?!
Of Course I'm being Sarcastic. And Yes I loved the real storylines in No Mercy/SYM/HCTP and I hope they use real storylines in 24/7 Mode.

The storylines on No Mercy sucked..The whole season mode sucked so no keep them the way they are.

I thought i twas alright... i mean i remember in HCTP i was John Cena and Undertaker lifted me on a crane in my car and dropped me... Next week i wrestled with my body yellow...
I just wish that you didnt have a match every damn week and the story actually followed a calendar instead of chapters.

They should go back to the smackdown shut your mouth style. the storylines whre so good!
smackdown here comes the pain had a good season mode but you cant say it was better because you couldnt free roam and apart from the faction storyline there was nothing else to do

I'd prefer them create their own storylines that aren't so predictable. Of course they need to skip that whole magic BS. The only storyline I liked was the Taker/Benoit one. That was creative yet familiar which made it ok.

That was so awesome in one of the Smackdown games where your in the parking lot and you get drive by sledgehammered. Does anyone know what game it was? I sold my PS2 2 years ago, I wish I didnt, but I needed money for 360.

Mix it up. Using stuff that happens in real life and add them in to an original one
e.g
Have Randy Orton fued with Undertaker with an original storyline and have randy orton ram Taker in between car and entrance

I know it was not always realistic, but I always loved the storylines in Smackdown 2. It took a while to get to good ones, but once you did they were usually original and the awesome part of finding the Unknowns added to the experience. That's one thing I wish was still in Smackdown. If the storylines were crappy you could rely at least on backstage areas, but they can't even be bothered to do that. It's a huge backwards step for SD atm.
