Stumbled across this on Youtube. They have a pretty good match going in the beginning. Lots of heel hook and arm bar attempts, and Shamrock throws some beautiful high kicks. It degenerates into the end though, with a terrible finish.

He's just a dick. There was a time where he was not going to fight someone from the Pancrase Federation because he thought he was above him, because he was American.

I'm not calling you a liar by any means, because my memory is shot, but please give me something to read about this incident or something, I don't really remember who the person was that Shamrock was going to fight, but I remember reading some type of press release that pretty much incicated that Ken Shamrock did not want to fight the man because Shamrock was American. I know it's hard to understand, because he had many previous matches for Pancrase during 1994-1995, but he obviously had some type of personal issue with the man. |

WHat were the rules? I mean...ladder vs. Submission? It was so each man had their own specialty in the match. Submission- obviously Shamrock's specialty, so he would go for the tap out instead of messing with the ladder. Ladder- Exact opposite of the above. |
