Is anyone going to High Spot's new indy show on October 23rd in Jacksonville, NC? They are starting up a new promotion. I heard about it through CWF when i was there two weeks ago, but I seen where a dirt sheet mentioned it last week. I am planning to go down for my birthday. Obviously there is going to be a number of big names there, which is why I am thinking of making the four hour trip down there. |

Any sign of the Wrestlemania 26 Shawn Michaels figure yet? I have noticed that it is starting to hit up north. Just curious as I think my sister may have picked me up one this weekend and that would have come from either the Winston or Greensboro TRU stores.

What the hell is the deal with Wal-Mart? I got bitched out by one of the employees in the toy section tonight in my local Wal-Mart. I asked a toy associate if she could open one of the boxes of Basic figures up that was still on the floor. As I was going through the box, another employee comes up to me and goes off claiming that there is a new store policy in place to where a customer cannot look at the contents of a new box of merchandise until it is put on the pegs. Supposedly it messes up the case count which does make sense...however, she should have been a little nicer to me than she was. I never have trouble anywhere with these 'store policies' except for Wal-Mart. I thought I would pass this along to you North Carolina collectors out there before you run into the same trouble.
They did put out two fresh cases of Best of Basic 2010 for anyone interested. Of course, no 1/1000's...
I found someone here in North Carolina that is willing to sale me a Classic Superstars Rock'N'Roll Express 2-pack for $30. The package is mint. However, I would have to drive all the way to Conover to pick it up (located between Statesville and Hickory); which is a little over an hour drive from here. Does this sound like a good deal considering I do not plan to purchase this set online?

I purchased a Classic Superstars Midnight Express 2-pack and a Classic Superstars 27 Warlord from a friend of mine here in town earlier today. The Warlord is for an autograph signing that I plan to attend at the end of November. The Midnight Express 2-pack was also picked up so I can get it signed at least by Bobby Eaton sometime in the (hopefully) near future. I forgot how great that 2-pack was until I seen it again today. Does anyone have a MIB Classic Superstars Jim Duggan figure that they would like to get rid of within the next couple of weeks?
I also scored a 1/1000 Basic 5 Mike Knox #334 while I was out hunting figures today. It is a decent looking figure and thankfully I have found a 1/1000 from that series.
All in all, a decent day considering the trouble I went through last night.

Found WM26 Christian & Drew McIntyre the other day @ TRU in Cary. I got this kid (who was taller than me) to jump up and pull the case down from the top, and I opened it. lol. They had 1 of each left. 4 total (of McIntyre & Christian) in the box.

I know this sounds silly, but has anyone seen Legends 3 or Series 7 Sheamus around the area??? I noticed that a few other people have found them in other states just wondering if they did here, I have the Legends 3 on back order from RSC, but don't wish to spend $20 for a Sheamus when I could get him for $9, lol.... If this is too soon to ask, I'm sorry all!

I hid an EG Undertaker behind the Edge/Cena/belt pack with you guys in mind. Go get that, if you didn't already.

Has anybody found Series 7 in stores yet? if so where? i've wanted a Sheamus since WWE was still being made by JAKKS, but i dont wanna pay 30+ when you add in shipping and handling and ontop of that have to wait until january to get it

Pick up EG Rock today at TRU in Durham. I dont buy Mattel Basic but im a Rock fan so I had to buy it. They had 1 Rock and 2 Takers. Only 2 Takers left.

Hey guys, saw this Saturday, They had 3 showmizs, and plenty of the others. No 2nd wave WM26 Elites yet. Im gonna pass on this Showmiz for the 2-pack set with Miz's new scan. Still waiting on Elite 6 Punk to hit. If anyone see it PLEASE post asap! I picked one of those up from TRU Cary today. I take it no one has found Elite 6 yet? I already own these (from RSC), but I find it really weird they haven't showed anywhere besides Australia yet. |

I spotted the Over The Limit series today at my local Wal-Mart, however, all of the packages were crushed and half opened. They had at least two of each wrestler in the series, except John Cena and R-Truth, whom they did not have in stock. That CM Punk figure is amazing and I will definitely be picking one up in a couple of weeks.
When I got home, I had a package arrive which was the Classic Superstars Rock 'N' Roll Express 2-pack that I purchased from a gentleman here in North Carolina. Hopefully I will be able to get it signed this coming weekend!
