No luck for E77 in Springfield.
The mall Target did have a weird assortment of basics, so I got one half of the street profits. Now I just need to find Dawkins. Putting the a tag team in a single series is funny in an annoying way when you can only find one of them. They also had a silly amount of the Top Talent Elites FIRST series.
The other target had over 8 of e76 John Cena’s and a few Braun’s...I legit don’t understand how they have so many. It’s like 2014 all over again.

Or, like it’s always been with sought after figures... it’s about being in the right place at the right time, or asking the right employee that is able to find them. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I would like to be able to get what I came for on the first trip and not have to try several times to find it. If they have the product it should be out on the shelf or go get it from the back. Many st of the time they are either standing around doing nothing or no where to be found. I don’t like to be lied to.

It’s funny, I worked at Best Buy and at the time you would get into trouble for keeping cds to the side (yeah, I’m dating myself there) BUT when I worked at Toysrus there were some employees who literally picked cases open as they came off the truck and management didn’t care. It’s always kind of been there but I think it’s so much worse now because of the profit that can be made. I agree with so many others on here, That if we stopped buying the figs off the bay for silly prices and had patience, then these things might get better.

Wrestling figures always get wiped out in Dickson City, unless they stock an excessive amount of a single wave which rarely happens. I only ever see elites if I happen to walk in right after they stock them.

I mentioned this is another topic, but according to an employee in the Dickson City Target, elite 77 was put out on the shelf Sunday late morning/early afternoon. I called and 330PM and he told me he put them out earlier and only AJ Styles remained. He informed me that it's usually, always the same individual guy who buys the entire set each time they get one in. I feel like it's true. I was there around that time all they had was two Balor Basics. So I asked the guy and he scanned the tags and said they didn’t get any today. I feel like there is somebody on the inside that is buying them all up or saving them for someone. Wow, man. If that is correct then that is f***** up. I've honestly thought this before And I think I've heard before someone mention an employee at the Dickson City Target collects them. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the guy I talked to on the phone. I honestly would not be shocked.

And even if an employee there really wanted them, what's to stop him from having a family member/ friend come in to buy them when he puts them out. I'm not saying for certain that this is the case, but I'm leaning towards it.

Don't harass with sarcasm. It's just my opinion.

Any time someone speculates that an employee is buying figures this guy wants to shoot it down. Obviously not every time someone thinks this it’s going to be true, but in some cases it will be true. It’s not always or never. Haha

When I used to work at Walmart I would get the early shift, so that's how I got most of my sought after flashbacks. I never sold them for a profit.

Yeah, pretending employees don’t buy stuff up sometimes is delusional. It’s not the cause of the widespread distribution issues, but it happens.
I’m lucky enough that I have about four or five Targets within reasonable driving distance - and a few more if I want to go 30-40 minutes in different directions. There is one store I avoid because it’s been confirmed that an employee there collects/resells and buys the worthwhile stuff out of most cases before they even hit the floor. I don’t have any issue getting stuff at the other locations, so it’s really no skin off my back.
That being said, my point is that for people who do only have one store reasonably close to them, it *is* an issue. Not much that can be done about it because as far as I’m aware the stores don’t have policies against it.

Targets in PGH all got em but it's a crap shoot on which ones actually put it out. Harmar, McCandless, West Mifflin, Mt Nebo all picked over. Heenan was still at Harmar last nite

I checked around here but nobody put them out and the employees couldn’t find them despite there supposed to be 5. All they had was Elite 77 AJ & some Basics. Another problem I saw is they are starting to fill the WWE section with other garbage instead of putting out more WWE product. If Target wanted these figures to be exclusive to their store they should make sure the customers will be able to find them when they go there.

They’re in the middle of a company-wide toy department reset. The priority isn’t to go digging in the back for a box of WWE figures... unless it’s needed at that moment to fill the shelves/pegs.

Scored a Heenan at the Greensburg Target last night. There was one Heenan left. Picked up The Fiend, regular Rude, Elizabeth, and Viscera at the West Mifflin Target today.

went all over Northeast Philly and NJ today looking for TMNT, Spider-man retros and WWE Legends, it seemed like I missed the TMNT figures by minutes at every single store, I did find the Musical Mutagen Tour box set, and got one, but no Casey & Metalhead anywhere.
Found Legends 7 at I believe Mt. Laurel (honestly don't know, could have been another place) but no Valentine, so I didn't get any. Quite the disappointing day.

Do you recall the dpci on your receipt for the Summerslam elites? I think Target is changing numbers again. They are listed under the same DCPI as the Royal Rumble and WM figures. Not a permanent change for Elites, but just something that got switched for this wave. I assume it's due to the SummerSlam packaging.

Walmart Quakertown had put out the new retro MOTU figs. Just saw He-Man and Skeletor. They also had the new battle packs with Seth/Lynch, Taker/Roman & Shane/Drew.
