I remember when I got 2 of Dreamer/Hardy AD1. I left one MOC and the other's were used to play with. I still have them too.

Wwftoys tried to open a store but got shutdown, and how would we know this, we still have another plan. will gurantee we will be victorious again, stay tuned. Hopefully Nwo4ever will do something about that as for this, good luck my son, because i have been doing it fo almost 8 years now, and will continue. so welcome to my nightmare. haha nightmare...all he needs to do is call up corporate and complain, either that or wait til your friend gets laid off since most Kb's are closing or on their way to closing I used to be a manager in a KB. KB Toys has what they call "Customer Interest Cards". You fill it out with your name and phone number and the type of products you are looking for. KB employees will then call you when they get the items in. If they get ahold of you, they can hold the items for you until you're able to come in and get them. Typically, most stores will hold an item for a day or two, but some stores may require you to pick them up within a few hours or they will put them out on the shelf. Also, most stores won't hold anything from the end of October until after Christmas due to the high store volume and there not being enough room behind the counter for holds. Anyway, this is a national policy, so calling corporate won't help you out at all. If you want to be called when stuff comes in, then ask your local KB's manager to let you fill out a card!
