Target on Plymouth Road has Elite Rocky Maivia x7
Not by the wrestling figs but on a end cap .
Meijers Livonia has all Elite 31 as of 10:05 today.

Jealous over here. Meijer still hasn't stocked anything past E28. They have done pretty regular restocks of Elites, but they just seem to be stuck on Series 28.
