no problem Raoul the Great I pissed my pants too when I saw that DVD stand on Friday.. they must have just put it out a day or so cuz the shelfs for it was full... hey man what about some karma? just kidding later dude Actually I did give you a +1 Funny thing is, yesterday I hit Walmarts in Ypsilianti, Belleville, and Canton and they didn't have any of them on sale. The only other place I heard of WWE dvd's cheap was Jackson WM. |

Taylor WM had the new CS 3-packs. They had 1 Taker/Kane/Bearer (that my friend bought) and 3 Funk, Cactus, and Sabu packs.
Also DA 5 has been hitting various K-Marts. Ann Arbor K-Mart had Big Show and Matt Hardy (both bought by my friend and I) as well as RVD, HHH, and Cena. Ypsi K-mart just had Cena.

Went out to Jackson yesterday.
TRU: Nuthin
Target: Nuthin
K-Mart: 2 Batista/Rey sets
WM: Still has the display with cheap WWE DVD's. Picked up Backlash 2004. Also had DA 5, they had everyone including 2 Big Shows (I bought 1).
FYE: A had a feeling that I needed to stop in FYE for some reason. Very happy I did. They had a ton of WWE figures one sale (still more than most places, but you can get some hard to find stuff). I picked up the new Ring Rage Taker with the blonder hair (I needed the new chest and tall kickers for a custom.)
I know this won't matter to most of you, but the Team Michigan thread was on life support!

Today I found at the Dearborn TRU:
DA Series 5 ALL - Just about 1-2 per figure
Adrenaline Series 22 ALL - About 4 per each set
a bunch of TNA belt sets
thats it, I bought 1 Umaga set. I was not sure on the set but that Umaga solded me.
*UPDATE:
Just got back a little while ago from the Taylor Walmart and for got to post this, they had:
RA 24 - Everyone except Khali
Various Classic figs mostly older selfwarmers
TNA Series 5 - All besides Sting of course
TNA Lockdown 2pks - Sting and Jarrent and The James Gang no Raven and Sabu
TNA Belt set in a newer box with AJ and JJ repaints.

Well I live close to Port Huron, and went to TRU last night and picked up AD 22. I took the last AAE and Umaga but there was still about 3 Spirit Squad and 3 Psycosis/Super Crazy left. Hope this helps.

Hey Michiganders, I going to be driving to the Detroit auto show this week down 94 from Chicago. Is there any good stores to hit on the way? Kalamazoo? Battle Creek? I'm mainly looking for an ECW 3 Pack or some other classics. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm mainly looking for an ECW 3 Pack or some other classics. Any help would be appreciated. I know this route well. Benton Harbor/St. Joseph (Pipestone Rd) has a Meijer and a Walmart. The WM might be good to check out as there may not be a huge demend for things out there. Portage/Kalamazoo (exit 76 Westnedge South) has a good TRU, as well as a Target, Meijer, and a Walmart (down the road a ways). I would skip Kmart as they never have anything and I would also skip the mall as they have nothing for figures anymore. Battle Creek (exits 97 or 98 toward Sturgis) has good Walmart, Target, and Meijer stores. Sadly, their TRU closed lasy year (it was one of my faves because it was out of the way and alsways had good stuff). Skip the mall. Jackson (Airport Rd or exit for 127 North, but turn right) They have a good TRU and decent Target in the same mall. There is a Kmart and Meijer on Airport Rd, I have gotten some good stuff from both. There is a Super Walmart, but it is hard to get to unless you know where you're going. Ann Arbor: At junction of 94 and US 23, go north on 23. The first exit you reach is Washtenaw Ave. Take the exit toward Ann Arbor. In Arborland Mall there is a TRU that you can see from the highway. Skip the Ypsilanti Walmart, they are always ransacked. Rawsonville Rd has a good Kmart Belleville (turn left after exit) has a really good Walmart I have gotten great stuff at. They have a decent Meijer too. Telegraph Rd has a good Walmart (seen the CS 3-packs here) if you turn right and a TRU a little ways down if you turn left. That should be plenty for you. If you can't tell, I am a hardcore figure hunter. |
