Any idea on how to fix "loose" joints on figures?

you have to be really careful with this method, but it can and will work:

it's the super glue method.

first off get the super glue thats clear and sorta watery (I think it's the kinda meant for plastics actually)

1)place a drop into the joint (if you were doing an elbow, I'd recommend bending the elbow and placing the drops in at the back of the elbow)

2)begin moving the joint immediately (this stuff dries crazy fast) to it's extreme both directions

3)you can let it set at most for like 2 seconds

4)keep moving it for like 30 seconds minimum

5)let it sit for like 30 seconds without being moved

6) try to move it on your own and see if you feel it's sufficiently tightened (not moving at much)

7)if not, you can repeat the process

you have to make sure to move it or your screwed. I wouldn't recommend trying it on the ball & socket joint on the arm. I did and put in too much and it dried too quickly and the arm ripped off in the socket.

*the figure will still be playable after doing this if done correctly.

yep, It's a tried and true method. I just picked up a DA figure and the torso was loose. a few drops of super glue and some twisting, and everything was good to go.

Most of my figures that have loose joints, it is usually the ankles or arms.

I need to do this aswell it seems all my Adrenaline figures right arms are loose for some reason

That's the best way to do it imo, I never want to risk superglue and I don't like to permanently change my figures unless they're customs. For elbows, knees, hands and ankles (ankles are the only ones I ever need to tighten usually) I take the two pieces apart after heating it up in hot water. Then while the plastic is still bendy, push the two sides of the joint inwards (on an ankle, remove the foot and then push and hold the two outside bits of the ankle joint on the boot together) Hold it like that and run it under a cold tap. When the foot is reattached it should be tight, you have to push the pin back in without heating the boot again though.
