Yeah i have only heard of them hitting TRU's at the 6.99 price tag. I'm not 100% sure if they are exclusive to their, surely they aren't.
Also, with your sig, put the two images on the one line. Its too big otherwise.

I read in a different thread here somewhere that someone bought them at WalMart for $6.49 each.
