I have already dealt with her and I live in the UK, therefore it was an international transaction and I can still vouch for her that she in NOT a rip-off merchant. When she began, she was using flat-rate postage services and things were getting lost in the post, but she has since improved her service and everything is fine. I had to wait a couple of months for my full CS 14 set, but in the end it got to me and she sent me an extra set of CS14 to me free, plus a couple of RA-line freebies for my trouble so I can't stress enough that there is nothing wrong with this woman. Explain your problem to her in an amicable way and she will rectify it for you.

I won a lot of 3 loose CS figures around 2-3 weeks ago and all arrived in perfect condition today; he's a good seller, just takes a little while to ship your items out. |

thanks for the tip, yeah i dont know about her story but there is no reason for sellers on ebay to try to cheat people out for money. sucks the world has to have such people, but maybe stuff did happen to her. even if unless she was ina coma or something serious she did business, someone close to her should of taken care of it.

I'm not saying she's trying to rip me off but it shouldn't take 4 weeks for a shirt. If it was 3-4 figures I would understand that but a shirt is just out of the question.

I just bought from this guy on ebay:

Very unprofessional. First he is terrible about communication. Same guy that I hadan issue with on a Hulk Hogan figure (i accidently made an offer of $1 when I meant to offer $10 on his make me an offer for a blue variant of the Hogan WalMart exclusive. He was unprofessional about that too). Anyway, I give him a second chance and I buy three figs from him. Dude just threw them in a medium sized envelope with nothing to protect them from being damaged during shipping. I sent him payment before the deadline and he took like two weeks from time of my payment to send me the figs. The one figures head was about to come off. So I don't give him the most flattering feedback. Nothing bad, just mentioned my issues. So he gives me negative feedback, and comes back with some crap about taking nine days to pay and he sent me the items in five and that I was horrible in communicating. He only left a negative comment once I left him my comments. Very unprofessional and from previous communication with him I think he may be some young kid that doesn't leave his room often. Buyer beware !!!

I have had some complications with my Pregnancy but that in no way implies that I wouldnt resolve this for them. I have offered to make sure they get it or a refund. I bet you just message them and call them a dickhead or something when your precious figure doesn't arrive within a day. He only left a negative comment once I left him my comments. BTW thats how most sellers ship stuff off of ebay unless I am getting 5-6 figs from them. Bid with confedence on his auctions. |

WOW! sorry to hear so many of you had a bad time with her...all i can add is when i oredered from her...i ordered cs 14 from her and it did take longer then i thought but she was nice and e-miled me alot to keep up on how it was coming...i got the whole set just fine and in fact i still e-mail her and talk with her husband from time to time...
I had no problems and when she got them in she sent them right out and said she was sorry for the wait. i would buy from her again.

You basically left negative feedback with positive ratings, you DID take longer than the seven days to pay, and had you complained about any damage to the figs, I would have refunded your money. You never contacted me with a complaint so how exactly could I have communicated better? And my feedback was not retaliatory. I have had one person leave negative feedback because I screwed something up. I made a mistake and it cost me a negative.. I did not leave them negative and I still resolved the issue. I m not some kid who lives in his basement. I am 28 years old and I am selling on ebay to help with money because my wife and I adopted two of my teenage brothers to get them out of a bad situation because our mom is a worthless crack whore. Selling onm ebay is not just a hobby, it puts food on the table and buys school shoes for two kids who have had a horrible life and deserve better. I think you were just a bit over hostile and unreasonable. Rather than leaving damaging feedback and being a jerk you should have contacted me and resolved the issue. As a matter of fact, i just looked that deal up, and you are outright lying. You left NEGATIVE feedback, you DID take a while to pay and I DID ship right away after I got your payment. As for the hogan deal, you offered me a buck for a nice figure. I asked you not to waste time with insulting offers. Perhaps that was a bit rude, but there is a limit on how many offers I can get on a figure and I have people leaving intellectually- disabled $1 offers more than you would think. You had zero feedback and made a ridicules offer. i was making sure you did not do it again. If it was a mistake you could have let me know and re-offered so I kind of think you may be untruthful about that too. Sorry for the long rant guys, I just dont want to have people dragging my name through the mud. I have some really nice stuff up in my store right now, including BLUE LOD, THE ROCKERS, RA STYLE STONE COLD and more. Take a look at my auctions and store inventory, and I promise if you buy form me you will be as happy as triplew has been. |
