i was shopping in Kmart today in north carolina and i bought a benoit figure in the deluxe aggression series i thought that they had to pull all his stuff off the market? and if so how much can i get for this figure?

I assume you're referring to DA7 Benoit,
and you'll basically only get back what you paid for it, unfortunately.

The only store that officially pulled his merchandise was Toys R Us. Other stores have pulled Benoit's figures from their shelves seperately, but TRU is the only store to officially release a statement to the public saying they would be getting rid of his figures.

Benoits figures remained constant maybe a little less. You see the same thing with Michael Vick merchandise. You don't see much of any product anymore, but prices bottomed out where either nobody is looking anymore or nobody wants it.

I love that fig i have 2 in the box it sucks they dont go for much on ebay.

id just keep it....i mean they dont produce the benoit figs no more so theyll prolly be rare in the future

yeah you are better off just hanging on to it and in the near future it most likely will go up in value maybe double what you paid for

Only TRU decided to pull the figures from the shelves. Wal-Mart, Target, KB left them on the pegs unless someone complained. The KB's by me still have plenty of his Backlash figures. And I've still seen the DA7 figure from time to time at various Targets & Wal-Marts. |

Benoit figures were not worth that much to begin with, and after the incident Im afraid the only people who want his figs are people who actually still like him. In other words, Benoit figs are worth jack shit.

Theres many still on the shelves in the UK. Particularly in toymaster... shame really coz theyll never shift!

Benoit figs were always worth jack crapbefore the incident, and now they're worth..slightly more jack shit.
But for some reason, I've ended up buying 5 Benoits since the incident, all to keep. weird, considering I never liked the guy and still don't.

I've seen RA Benoits go for $25 after his death. Not sure what they go for now.

Yeah I remember I saw Ring Giants Chris Benoit figures selling for $150 on ebay, I was thinking, "Wow, wished I had known." But then again I am not the type that likes to make money out of a dead person. We were selling Benoit in our store for the average price still, since the incident, DC and I both decided it would be best not to have them shown in store unless someone asked. |
