Well, I wake up this morning to find my RSR pieces all over my house. The Turnbuckle pads were everywhere. The ropes were torn into pieces.... All thanks to my cats. Of course, I was pissed big time, But the poor kittens did'nt no any better anyway so i didnt care that much. So, Now i defenitley need a new ring because the ropes were torn to shreds, The turnbuckle pads are basically torn to pieces, And the ring base has been broke for a while now anyway. Since the ring is busted, What do i do now. I can either buy another RSR v2 W/cage which is the same one i have now that my cats tore apart, Or i can buy the chamber set. What do you guys think? Either spend 45 bucks + tax on the RSR v2 W/Cage or just spend 120 bucks + tax on the chamber? Any help is appreciated.

Dude.. I have two cats, and they ALWAYS knock over my arena set up! I hate it, my cats are cool as hell but they trash my stuff. I thought i was the only one! In fact I just re set up my figs, all my chairs and signs, everything was knocked over. They have yet to tear apart the ropes and turnbuckles tho. I just added lights onto my entrance but they didnt chew throught those yet haha.
And your right, they are just cats, not like they know wut they are doing ya know?
Get the Chamber. At least you can make a decent up to date raw ring with some skirt and stuff you know? I only have the v2 cage, but if this happened to me Id get the chamber.

Dude That happens to me all the time! I have 2 cats! I leave my scale ring on my bed and I tell my mom to always Shut the door to my room! I have Woken up about 3 Times to have found RSR peices all over my room! ALL because of My cats! They sleep in my ring and Every thing! THEY LOVE RSR RINGS! Every time I go In my basement there sleeping in IT! Dude Cats Love wrestling Rings!!!!! But yah that totally sucks I bought the RSR EC but I put that sucker away ever time im done using it, because my cats Will never Touch,Sleep, or do any thing in that RING!
Buddy just by the RSR EC Its Awsome! And make sure your cats cant get to it! LOL

This is why I'm a dog person. Same here. I think you shoud just get the RSR EC. I have it and it is awesome, then you can "pimp" it out with some naparo custom ring skirts and you got your self you own little start of a arena. |

try contacting NAparo01, see if he has ring mats, but for sure he has turnbuckles and ropes.

My cat used to sleep in my Hardcore ring when I covered it in a white t-shirt for the ringmat. I think it was more comfortable for her than cold plastic. I'd find her in it and then I'd pick up the ring and walk her around the house with it, it was pretty funny actually. Obviously she'd wake up and she absolutely hated it. Probably why she doesn't do that anymore, actually. It was cute though. I've heard of cats also chewing through ringropes.

Depends what budget you have really. Both RSR2 and the RSR EC are great rings but as you've said, the RSR EC is more than double the price of the RSR2.

I thought the chamber was only $99.99. Everyone is saying it's $129.99 but I saw it for $99.99. Anyways, if it was me I'd get the WM2 one. That's only me though, because I think if my parents saw me spend 100 bucks on anything to do with figs, they'd be super pissed.

RSR sucks man. Its too big. Get the old Jakks Monster Ring. Its kind of basic.....but gets the job done.

OMG! I really thought I was the only one! lol
Seriously though, I have two cats and a Pomeranian and all three of them absolutely fiend to get hold of the ring ropes and turnbuckles.
If any of my figures with hats or belts over the shoulders happen to fall down, I have to be right on top of the situation or they will destroy them!
Everytime I see one of the cats come out of my office (where all my figures are at) with a championship belt in their mouth, I always yell out "GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY! THE CAT"S KILLED CENA!!! THE CAT"S KILLED CENA!!!"

It's a matter of budget.. and of priority, even within the realm of figures.
For instance... the cage ring is like 45 bucks.. the EC is 130.. that's 85 bucks difference, which is most of one whole CS series... or, at the right Toys R Us, Paul London, Brian Kendrick, Jimmy Wang Yang, Robbie McAllister, Rory McAllister, JTG, Shad Gaspard, Umaga, John Cena, Armando, Booker T, and Sharmell. It's your call..
... I will say though, faced with a similar decision after my house fire.. I just couldn't see spending the extra money on the EC when I could spend it on new figures...
