ive actually armorall-ed some figures. like the litte wipes they sell and then it makes the plastic real clean and shiny. the greasy feeling and smell goes away shortly after as it evaporates. its never messed up any paint because i dont rub all that hard with it

Couldn't say as I don't buy second hand figures and I don't smoke. Wrong. What you need to do is get a plastic tupperware container that seals air tight. Put the figure(s) in the tupperware for 24 hours, and smokey smell is gone when you open it up the next day. Really? That sounds like a pretty neat little trick. How'd you find that out?

Is this a cheap metaphor to say that you have numerous Kane figures?

yeah this iz y i wash my figures when i buy or trade pre-owned figures. cause u neva know wat they did with it.....................aswell i keep all mines in ziploc bags(and when u open it u can smell new plastic smell) so dust wont get in it or when they fall they wont lose color. i also wash my hands so i can keep them clean i also tell fools wash their hands when touchin my figures aswell.
