well, usually i answer with DA 3 benoit, but as i hate everything about him, i won't...
i didn't understand if you mean a fig we own or not, so my favorite fig that i own is DA 8 johnny nitro, and the fig i don't own is DA 3 HBK.

I think it would probably be the Best Of ECW Rey Mysterio as that's such an awesome figure. Followed by RA8 Ultimo. Had they made the IE Ultimo in the colour scheme of RA8 it would be the best figure ever made.
