I still have that Taker MOC on my shelf. I'm glad I didn't open it. Extreamly hard to do when I was 12 lol. Glad you finally found it.

Jakks should occasionally produce black and white figures, possibly as variants in a set.
I'm sure most collectors would like to see that, too.
