RWB is your best bet when buying on the internet. I've dealt with them a handful of times and each time, I received my items in less than 5 days (with the exception of preorders of course).

Yes, definately buy from Dave Corn.
I've heard mixed things about him as well, but when it comes down to it you just have to go with what you know. I know that he's never screwed me out of anything. He packs well, his prices are reasonable, as is his shipping. He ships really fast too. On more than one occasion I've gotten my items from him 3-4 days after he's shipped. Email conversation can be spotty at times and when he does email you back it's usually not much, just a couple words, but I do recommend him highly. I've ordered somewhere in the region of 10 figures from him, and also an Adult Winged Eagle replica belt. Never have been dissapointed.

Took a month to send me a CW title belt for figs, apparently I didnt include the ebay item number on the money thus he just cashed the money order and never gave it another thought as to why someone send him random money...then he yelled at me about not writing down the item number on the money order when I asked about the status of my order.
