Be warned: nail polish remover will take the marks off but will leave a stupid white residue on the fig. You could scratch the residue off his legs and arms, but can't off his torso.

easyiest way
deodrant, spray some deodrant(not anti persperent) on the mark then rub off with tissue
guarentee itl work

Rimmel London French Manicure French Ivory #433 takes paint (and I imagine Sharpie) off of JAKKS figures better than nail polish remover, and doesn't leave the white residue.
Can I get some karma for being so damn specific? Lol.
