the i.e and the newer cs one has the blotches
the cs 10? one doesnt have the blothches and has no variant with the blotch

Only the IE one and CS 13 one has the birthmark's. I still dont know why they'd make the CS 13 one with the birthmarks but not the CS 10 one.
