What type of material are they? They look like plastic, But kinda like rubber. Anyone know? Thanks

Rubber, just like the kilts used on the Piper figures.

the rubber ones suck so i bought some cloth ones from ralphs collectibles on ebay. I'll post some pics when they get here.

Rubber, which really sucks. Cloth ones would have been a whole lot better.
