Just got it today. No, he doesn't have it. It's a really good fig though. It's a mix of ECW1 and RTWM. With yellow kickpads. It owns.

I dont think we are ever going to get a CM Punk figure with a Pepsi Tatoo, sadly, because its a kool tatoo and usually a good figure.

I'm not a big fan of Punk having colored kick pads in general, but the figure itself looks really nice from the MOC images.
