I didn't know if anyone else has gotten one yet. I know I haven't seen any pics or anything, so If pics have already been posted, my mistake. Okay, I called Jakks about a week ago and I spoke with a representative about some parts that I needed. I asked for some black replacement posts and supports for the RSR: EC, and the standee from the Target exclusive Big Show ring. Well, this morning upon checking the mail I was greeted with a HUGE padded envelope from JAKKS! They shipped pretty fast. First though... the RSR: EC posts and supports that I asked for. Here's what I got:   The supports are actually the correct ones... but seven? Typical Jakks I suppose. Okay, Now the standee. I haven't taken it out of the plastic yet, so there is some glare in the pics. (sorry) To give you some idea of the scale, I took some pics at different angles with an RVD, which is a shorter than average figure.  (back)        I think the RA Big Show fig (that the standee should have been included with) would be way taller than it. Thanks for looking guys! |

so i dont get it, they forgot to put the standees in all the sets, so the only way to get it is to call and complain?

I contacted jakks about a missing part that hooks the turnbuckle to the post from my ring recently and they sent me a set of WM 2 turnbuckles and foam even after I sent a picture of the missing part.

I love the way they sent you the wrong buckles and the wrong amount of supports. But they may have found it a bit odd that your RSR came with NO supports at all. so i can excuse the 7 supports.. but the wrong buckles... pfft..

How sad is it the WF customizers are doing a better job than Jakks? Even the crappiest custom entrance we've seen here looks better than that.

I bought all of those sets and none of them came with cardboard peices. Do I call and tell them that? If I do will they send me all of them for free?

*TO EVERYONE WHO IS ASKING ABOUT THE ECW STAGE & REPLACEMENT PIECES*
All you have to do is call the number that I posted (1-877-875-2557). The automated message will instruct you to dial a 3-number extension to speak to a rep. Dial the number . Once you get an available rep, tell them that you need the replacement pieces/parts/standees. They'll ask for your name and address and inform you that shipping will take 5-10 business days.
That's it! No proof of purchase is needed! No further information... nothing. Be VERY specific about what you want though, because you're dealing with Jakks Pacific, and we know their margin for error. I hope this helps those who bought those damn Target sets and never got their standee.
