Yeah, maybe bootlegs was the wrong word. Anyway, don´t understand why this guy´s doing that Maybe he´s getting all stuff in parts through customs to save money and then puts in together in China or where ever he lives Received a Road Warrior Animal from him last week, his torso was painted Crazy stuff...

They aren't bootlegs-the guy works for jakks and is selling the figures that didn't make it past quality control. He just put together parts that were left over. He doesn't have a clue for most of them. People who've ordered from him in the past have said that their figures have been dirty, paint smudges, scratches, and some have been fine. However it's an easy way to get rare figures cheaply
I happen to think that Sabu with no tats is pretty cool because it means for say, a hayabusa custom i wouldn't need to go to the hassle of removing them. .

Jakks has a quality control *lol*?
@wwefan: Those cowboy boots are legit for this version of the Warrior, the "official" figure wears it, too.

Every time someone posts these auction pictures (which happens at least once a week) the seller (who probably steals the parts out of Jakks bins outside the factory) gets more and more business and the people who buy the figures have to pay more and more for the rubbish figures. If you want a head scan then it's OK but the bodies are usually messed up badly and apparantly the heads vary from the picture anyway. I ordered one figure from that seller and it never turned up but I've ordered larger lots of the same mish mash creations, they are bad but for a UK customiser they are cheap, if you were buying them in USD then they would be a rip off compared to US shop prices.
