I've had my own bad experiences with Troy some years ago. He shipped out VERY SLOW then didn't ship out ALL of my orders. When I told him about it, had to wait for another 4 weeks! I've stopped buying from him since.

That kinda sucks that you got the wrong figure. It isnt a bad figure though. It's one of the best Cenas out there now.

Of all the figures to get! If you email him and tell him (nicely) what happenned then I'm sure he'll sort you out, he seems like a good bloke and I've bought loads of figures from him without any problems. Don't be rude though, from what I've heard he doesn't take crap off people.

that kinda sucks your order got messed up.
I ordered from him once a few years back and my order arrived fairly quickly and it was correct.
When you email him, just be polite and I'm sure he will work with you to fix it.

yeah i seen that figure out today, i hate cena but i almost want to buy it due to recent matters. i have a john cena but i think its like ra 3 or 5 its the fig were he is wearing long blue jeans, not bad but not good enough.

happened to me before, about several years ago. I ordered an AD4 Cena (I think it was AD4, the one with the yellow jersey), and Troy sent me by mistake the Cena from the 2pk with Eddie. I emailed him about the error and he told me to keep the wrongly sent figure and shipped the correct one to me.

Troy has been amazing to deal with in my opinion. I have dealt with him lots of times, and i will continue to deal with him in future. He makes mistakes, but who doesn't. this kinda thing can't be avoided.
I'm glad to hear he shipped your Lex and is allowing you keep the Cena. Thats the sign of a good seller.
I highly recommend him.
