Ebay...but not for a decent price it might be a high amount of $$.Also you might find someone who will do a trade for it.

eBay would be your best bet, but you'll probably have to pay a little more than $15. Maybe if you get lucky though..

There is one due in one of the next CS lines (although I don't know if its ring gear) but the Rocky family 3 pack due out has one in ring gear but its not very accurate.

ebay is definetly your best shot all you have to do is be very patient some go up to 40bucks I got one the other day from the champions series for 11 with belt and pads

WF Classifieds would be your best bet for a cheaper price.
You'll be spending at least $20 trying to get an RA ring gear Rock on eBay, and even then, you will still probably get outbid.
My suggestion would be to wait for one of the many upcoming RA Rock's in the CS line.
