Jakks gets more and more dissapointing. Who the hell is gonna buy most of that crap they showed like the dolls with the huge dolls, the beat up buddies and the street fighters? I understand Jakks wants to do like they did back in the day but I don't think they are gonna sell. Maybe I'm just disappointed because Jakks hardly showed anything that is good. The backstage area looks cool. It could be a lot better though but because this is Jakks it can also be a lot worse. DA London looks awesome. It looks like he has the beard and I'm loving the attire. Giant Gonzales looks good. Sycho Sid is  ing awful. What a disappointment. The arena set up is cool looking but it's all cardboard. I wish Jakks would make one for the RSR but knowing them it would be like $200 and it would STILL be cardboard. Speaking of the RSR, that HIAC is awful. For something Jakks is planning on charging $120 for they sure didn't change anything. The first one was $40, came with two figures and it's STILL sitting on shelf's. I have no idea how Jakks plans to get rid of this one. The cell isn't THAT much bigger than the other one and this set probably doesn't even come with figures so that's the extra money for plastic right there. RSR = $40. Cell with figures and ring = $40. The set shouldn't even be $80 much less $120. Jakks is nuts. |

im actually pleased with cs 16 (except for the shawn ljn) ill definitely get giant gonzalez,sid,and the powers of pain..whats up with all the weird round head things? lol...i think ill pass on those..the umaga thing looks kinda cool though..

I can't believe that they messed up the Sid scan. The face looks ok I guess, but why does his hair stick out on the sides so much? Damn Jakks. Because it's based on his 1992 WWF run as Sid Justice, when his hair was EXACTLY like that. If you had any knowledge of wrestling from before the last ten-years you would know that. Sycho Sid is ing awful. What a disappointment. For the last time, it's NOT Sycho Sid, it's Sid Justice. Different era, different ring name, different appearance.  after... all... this... ing... w8ing... michles... is... a ing... LJN?!?!?! Also,the build/brawl are an awful lot like the old WCW series that came with ring parts.  From this pic, you'd think they're just normal DAs..but it DOES say 3 3/4... ..   Edit: Didn't notice that. The wrist joint is different. Now my Cobras can kidnap John Cena and torture him lol. |

Gonzalez looks fantastic!!! I might buy this one.
Good to see we are getting an arena.
Maximum Aggression looks good.
I dont care about those smaller stuff. It seems like the whole thing is basically about them.
RSR HIAC is nothing special except bigger than the other one we have.
Backstage area is nothing special.
Not interested in the plush stuff.

Are you guys blind? Sid looks great! It looks just like him from back in 91'. Gonzalez looks more amazing than I ever expected. I remember how excited I was to walk down the TRU isle back in 1993 and pick his figure up...kudos to Jakks.

Well at first i was not happy with the sid head scan and then i realised the scan most closely reflects his look during his sid justice days.... but there is one thing i plan on correcting for sure.... the boot mold may give him height but looks horrid for sid... so i will be pulling the big show boot mold off of my custom sid and presto!  the powers of pain are solid! i am very excited about them...and gonzalaz looks fantasic! i hope 80s vince looks good...the rest of jakks toy fair looks a little thinner then in past years... if anyone is wondering how the big show boot mold would look on this new sid, i will post a pic of this new sid next to my custom one... i hope it might help some of you who wish to fix his boot mold problem while maintaining a great height for him... |
